Andrea M. Renfroe is a transformational leader, author, coach, and Marine Corps veteran with a proven track record of helping people break cycles of stagnation, build capacity, and finish strong. With more than 25 years of combined service as an active-duty Marine, government employee, as well as experience in higher education, public industry, ministry, and entrepreneurship, she is known for bringing structure, clarity, and practical transformation to both ministry and marketplace environments.  

Her non-negotiable lean towards excellence and order, and her no-nonsense approach for transformation combines spiritual depth with practical strategy that helps individuals renew their minds, align their lives, and lead with greater intention, maturity, and impact.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. She earned her Elite Influencer Coaching Accreditation through the Conscious Coaching Academy™, and she is a certified coach and trainer with the John Maxwell Team. She has also written, compiled, and published multiple books and continues to serve as a trusted voice in transformation and whole-person development.
